Our Achievements
We built a community-based water ATM in collaboration with the Karnataka Rural Infrastructure Development Limited to supply clean and safe drinking facilities to community and society. KRIDL provides safe drinking water at public places at low costs with a dispensing capacity of up to 15,000 liters per day per system. The company has successfully installed 900+ community water plants which generates more than 75 million liters of water on a daily basis. This impact has affected more than 6 million people all over the region.
We have successfully installed more than 20 units of fluoride removal plant with the help of Public Health Engineering Department in Bihar. Most of the areas in Bihar contain more fluoride content in water which is harmful to the human body. To solve the issue, we also joined hands in adding a community-based FRP, which is a fiber-glass reinforced polyester used in water treatment plants. The plant has successfully impacted more than 36,000 people around with 20+ water plants and fruitfully produces 3.2 million liters of purified water on a daily basis.
With the help of the Public Health Engineering Department in Bihar, we successfully installed more than 250 units of Iron removal plant. This was done in regards to the higher Iron content in water which is harmful to the human body. To solve this problem, we also manufacture a community-based IRP which is used to remove iron precipitate through biological filters. Unicare has installed 250+ community water plants impacting 4.5 million people in the nearby residing area. The iron removal plant positively generates 40 million plus liters of purified water on a daily basis.
This water solution plant has been one of our biggest achievements in a disaster situation. We provided 4 units of Unicare 700 to the foundation for one of the flood situations that occurred in Chiplun, Maharashtra in 2020. With the help of this effort, everyone in the nearby residing area in Chiplun are now able to have easy access of clean and hygienic drinking water on a daily basis.
Unicare has served at least 250LPH RO plants that were installed in Ship and also provided service whenever they need. Reverse osmosis plant helps purify contaminated water by forcing water through a membrane. Water produced by reverse osmosis may be used for a variety of purposes, including desalination, wastewater treatment, concentration of contaminants, and the reclamation of dissolved minerals. This is small hand help towards our soldiers to give them safe and clean water in every situation required.
Unicare has installed 100 units of water ATM in PPP mode at their bus stations in the Uttar Pradesh state in an agreement with the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. We have built more than 100 water plants which has impacted 6 million people in the surrounding area. The plants produce at least 6 million liters of fresh drinking water on a regular basis.
Unicare has successfully installed 3 units of different capacities of water plants which acts as a sewage treatment in association with Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation in Pune, Maharashtra. The Sewage treatment plant at Garden comes under the CSR initiative of Sandvik cormorant. The main purpose of this project is to save fresh water which is used for gardening. By using wastewater from Nala we treat that water and used it for gardening.
